We begin with a short conversation and a set of clear photographs taken in daylight, so the likely extent of the work can be assessed before any materials are chosen. The quotation is prepared from that review, and any points that need clarification are raised before the work is booked.

The custom process: you send your brief and photographs; we respond with a quotation and any questions. Once the scope is agreed, a deposit reserves your place in the schedule. The assessment and agreed repair work are then carried out, with colours and finishes matched as closely as the material allows. When the work is complete, the remaining balance is settled before final handover. Please include images of the whole item as well as close-ups so the quotation reflects the actual condition.
